Campus Life provides programs, services and facilities of exceptional quality to the Cornell community in the areas of residential living and learning, community centers, and dining.
As a student-service centered team, we promote a safe and welcoming environment that fosters personal growth and a sense of community and leadership opportunities. Campus Life is committed to the University's emphasis on diversity, teaching, research and public service.

The Campus Life vision is to create an exceptional living and learning environment at Cornell. To make this vision a reality, Campus Life needs the talents, creativity, and leadership of a dedicated staff that works together as one team. An integral part of the Division of Student and Academic Services, Campus Life provides exceptional programs, facilities, and services through a commitment to work collaboratively with students, staff, and other units of the university.
"One Team, providing an exceptional living and learning environment for students" is a vision for creating positive change. Campus Life must attract, develop, and retain exceptional staff who set excellence as a standard, find strength in diversity, and cultivate organizational synergy. This vision of serving the Cornell community guides our collective efforts to become an employer of choice and in setting the standard against which other institutions will measure themselves in the areas that most affect the quality of a student's experience.
