Dish Machine Operator
Under regular supervision, the Dish Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of assigned dining units and their associated dishware through manual and machine cleaning methods. 

Cook (SO04)
Under general supervision, the Cook (SO04) independently prepares and serves a variety of hot and cold foods for our customers through a variety of stations and service methods.

Cook (SO06)
With the support of a Chef, the Cook (SO06) prepares a variety of standard and complex hot and cold food items including culinary specialties as assigned by management, for service in Meal Plan Operations, House Dining, cash, catering, and special events.

Food Service Worker
Under close supervision, the Food Service Worker, prepares and serves a variety of cold food items and beverages for our customers through a variety of stations and service methods. 

Lead Food Service Worker
Under general supervision, the Lead Food Service Worker will serve as a role model for the team by assisting with the preparation, delivery, and presentation of food items as well as coordinates work assignments, monitors food productions, and assists with operating the register in a variety of Dining unit(s).

Chef
The Chef works in direct support of the area Operations or General Manager overseeing culinary operations for their assigned unit(s), which may include retail, all-you-care-to-eat, or catering business.

Part-Time/Casual Dining Workers
All immediate positions are part-time casual (19 hours per week or less), non-benefits eligible. Hours and schedules are flexible and can include nights and weekends.

Cornell Dining includes more than 30 on-campus eateries, including multiple all-access dining rooms, cafés, coffee shops, food courts, retail convenience stores, concessions stands, a restaurant and catering services. Cornell Catering

As a division of Cornell Dining, Cornell Catering is the preferred catering service for Cornell University events and is uniquely qualified to serve the entire Cornell community and beyond. We are proud to work for Cornell and place a strong emphasis on Cornell Pride; our focus on students is one of the many concepts that differentiate Cornell Catering from other caterers. With its team of experienced professional staff, Cornell Catering is a full-service caterer that provides incredible food and beverages to guests at formal banquets for thousands, elegant weddings for hundreds, or intimate dinners for a few. Over the past thirty-five years, Cornell Catering has worked with clients to create customized events that meet specific objectives and budgets.

Cornell Catering is currently hiring servers and bartenders to fill immediate needs! We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing, polite, engaged, service-minded individuals who care about where they work and the reputation it develops. All positions are 19 hours per week or less.
